Pearl Beauty Hold and Win slot machine by Playson
Developed by Playson, we present to you Pearl Beauty: Hold and Win, a brand-new slot that offers the player jackpots, bonus features and stunning graphics.
The player is greeted by a blue background, with a gold rimmed reels, a darker blue background behind the symbols, making them stand out beautifully. The reel itself is made up of five reels and three rows, with the jackpots available set out at the top to remind the player what they could be winning. These jackpots all differ depending on the bet that the player plays, but regardless of how much they bet, there is plenty for the player to win.
With 243 ways to win, there is a plethora of prizes up for grabs and there is nothing stopping the player winning the maximum bet Grand jackpot of £100,000! While this isn’t as high as some high-paced slots we’ve seen, this beautiful game offers players the graphical simplicity and the featural complexity that we love to see.
The betting for this slot is 20p to £100, which is reasonably big compared to some of the slots on the market today. While the highest of rollers may not enjoy this slot, with the betting not quite high enough for them, there is plenty to keep everyone else occupied!
The minimum bet of 20p generates jackpots of £4 (mini), £10 (major) and £200 (grand). This is a great potential win for a 20p bet! On the other end of the spectrum, the maximum bet of £100 offers the player jackpots of £2000 (mini), £5000 (major) and £100000 (grand). It’s incredible the amount that can be won from considerably smaller bets than you’d have to play with some of the other slots that are available on the market.
The lower paying symbols for this beautiful slot are the royals of A, K, Q, J, 10 and 9; these are displayed in stunning quality, with gorgeous golden rims and bright colours of yellow, orange, green, blue, purple, and turquoise.
The higher paying symbols are shown as the purple lotus, the orange and white Koi Carp, the blue and orange duck and the two stunning women, one shown in purple against a red background, and the other dressed in white and red against a sunset scene.
The pearl is the bonus symbol, and if you manage to match 6 or more, you will trigger the bonus game, which is explained in more details below. The payment of the pearl is shown on the pear itself, from x1 of the bet up to a maximum of x15!
The wild is the Ying and Yang principle, in yellow and brown, with a regal blue and red background. This can substitute for all symbols bar the bonus, but will only appear on reels 2, 3 and 4.
The main bonus feature for this slot is the Bonus Game. This can be triggered into play by landing 6 or more pearl bonus symbols on the reels. These pearl symbols are then locked in place and three respins given to the player. Since the pearls show payment on the symbol itself, you rack up wins as these pearls lock in place. Only bonus symbols have the chance of landing on the reels. Every time a new bonus symbol lands on the reels, the respins is reset to three. The Bonus Game continues until the respins have ended, or until all 15 places on the reels are covered in bonus symbols. When it ends, the values on all the Bonus Pearls are added up to give the player a total win payment. When we started playing this slot, we managed to trigger the bonus feature within 27 spins and won an incredible £90 from the small bet of £1. So in reality, we spent £27 to win £90; this is not a bad return in our books.
During the Bonus Game, pearls of blue, green, and red, representing the mini, major and grand jackpots, may land on the reels, and this automatically grants the player with the jackpot. The mini and the major are the only ones we managed to land but we are not saying the grand is not possible, we just were not able to do this.
One other special feature that is present in the Bonus Game is the Golden Pearl feature, which sees a golden pearl land on the reels. When these lands, all visible values of the pearls currently on the reels are collated into this pearl, doubling the winnings in a single spin. The only ones that will not hand over the value is the jackpot pearls.
They say that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and in this slot, the beauty really is in the graphics and the features you can activate as you spin. With a maximum prize of £100,000, this slot is anything but mediocre, and the graphics and colours add to this. The feature is fun and has additional features throughout, giving the player plenty to occupy themselves. We suggest this to be a great slot for beginner and novice players who want a taste of the bigger bets.
