Special Q&A session with Julia Saburova of All41Studios – A new and very promising provider

For the first interview of 2022 we are pleased to have Julia Saburova, head of All41Studios, here with us. All41Studios is a Tallinn-based provider born in 2019 but  already part of the international Microgaming iGaming network.

All41Studios is an ambitious provider focused on delivering the highest quality games available on any type of platform. Julia today will tell us how they work at All41Studios, their mission, challenges and plans for the future.

Julia, thank you so much for joining us today and giving our readers some insight into All41 Studios’ games and development! To start, can you tell our readers a bit about who you are and your role within All41 Studios?

Hello. I’m Julia Saburova – Head of All41 Studios. I have been in the gaming industry for the last 17 years and what I love about this field is that every day I learn something new.

You are a young but very promising company. What do you want new players to know about you?

We are quite a young studio that’s genuinely passionate about slot games. All41 Studios is a fantastic cross-functional team of talented individuals on a mission to entertain, innovate and deliver the very best gaming experiences to both new and seasoned players. 

Can you tell us something about your greatest successes in these first years of business?

I believe our greatest success is where we stand today as a slot-focused studio. I’m very proud of the team who, over these years, has built an extensive portfolio of 24 slot titles. Arena of Gold, Book of Atem: Wow Pot, Shamrock Holmes Megaways™ and Forgotten Island Megaways™, 6 Tokens of Gold, Gold Collector, Book of Captain Silver, WWE® Legends: Link&Win™ and 11 Enchanting Relics are just some of the popular titles that we call a success. These titles helped us to grow as a business, but what is most important is that with every title we’ve released, we have grown our expertise, which helps us to make greater games and provide a better gaming experience to our players today. 

From the name “All41 Studios” we can assume that teamwork is very important for you. How does your creative team develop new ideas for new games?

Teamwork is very important for us, and our “All41” name was chosen by our team. “All for one” became an integral part of our team culture. We believe that when different disciplines work closely together, helping and supporting each other to come up with creative ideas, we can craft and deliver the best of the best. 

How would you describe your mission? And how do you deliver value to your players?

Our mission statement is to deliver a premier entertainment experience using our expertise. Whether we’re referring to game mechanics or to game visuals, we always have our ‘player hats’ on. We do lots of research and feedback analysis to deliver on player expectations. We have multiple rounds of playability sessions where every team member provides feedback on how they feel about playing our games and how we can make gameplay even more exciting. Our technical experts ensure we deliver on the best possible and, of course, bug-free user experience. 

What is the best feature players can find in your slot machines?

I really like the Link&Win™ feature introduced in a few of our popular titles such as WWE® Legends: Link&Win™, Arena of Gold and Gold Collector. My most recent favourite is 11 Enchanting Relics, featuring the popular EpicStrike™ mechanic. We continuously work to innovate our titles – looking to ensure that the best features are matched with the visuals to create the best player experience possible.

What do you think the new generation of players is looking for in slot games?

I believe that the new generation will be looking for entertainment accompanied by skill-based and video game-type elements – and of course embracing technology.

What are your plans for this year? Do you have any special news for your fans?

We have big plans throughout 2022 as we continue on our mission to entertain our players. We are already working on a few exciting titles that our players will see in Q1. Follow us on Instagram and LinkedIn where you’ll be able to see sneak peeks of our upcoming titles.
