Features and Bonuses

There are no bonus rounds in Dr Winmore such as free spins therefore this slot machine does rely heavily on the cluster pays system and the multipliers it offers which stand at 2x, 3x and 6x your wins. The cluster pay comes into play every time you land four of the same symbols on your reels. The multiplier increases by x2 for the first cluster pays, x3 on the next cluster and so on until you reach the maximum of x6. To create the wins the symbols must land vertically or horizontally adjacent to each other and the cascading symbols continue to drop until there are no more wins created.

In my opinion this slot sees the developers at Realtime Gaming experimenting, and I think that this is the first slot Realtime Gaming have created with the cluster pays mechanic. Overall the key to landing big wins is by landing the top x6 multiplier. This is an entertaining slot however I wouldn’t want to play it for too long as it does lack a little substance particularly as there is a distinct lack of bonus rounds.
