Design

Set against the background of a cartoon sea where the waves are undulating up and down. The game reels are see through and set within a wooden frame and you will not be able to miss the ships wheel that is situated on the top left and right corners.

Whilst you will expect to see some of the symbols, there are a couple that are rather random such as the wooden planks and pipework however apart from these you will come across the usual low paying playing card symbols, cans of spinach, a pipe and an anchor. Features

Olive Oyl and Brutus are the wild symbols in this slot, and they can substitute for all the symbols except the spinach if it means you get another winning combination. Both wilds can expand and cover many reel positions in one go, Olive Oyl can fill all three rows on a reel whereas Brutus can stretch in all directions depending on the row he lands on.
If Brutus stops on your top row, Brutus wilds will appear in two or more places on the bottom reel and exactly the opposite applies if he lands on the bottom row. Get lucky and land Brutus on your middle row and he expands diagonally in both directions.

Once the fun animation is over the wilds stick in their places and the other symbols spin again for 2 – 5 times. When it comes to the Olive Oyl re-spins land any new Olive Oyl’s and she will expand and stay in place however she cannot reactivate the features.
The scatter symbol in this game is the can of spinach and activates the free spin feature. You can be rewarded with up to 20 bonus games, and you are more likely to land the expanded wild symbols than in any area of the game. Popeye will also randomly appear and shake the reels to award you with a win multiplier which can lead to maximum winnings.

The free spins feature is activated by landing three or more of the scatters, if you land 3, 4, or 5, scatters you are rewarded with 8, 12, or 20 free spins.
