Introducing Warrior Graveyard slot

Warrior Graveyard is the latest slot to be released from the developers at Nolimit City and of all the spectacular games they have developed there are none that hit hard like Barbarian Fury. The slot became an instant hit with players thanks to the brilliant way the features and game play blended to become a highly charged ambience. The team have built on this success and pushed even further with Warrior Graveyard. Not only does this slot have some new elements but there is also the epic feature buy options too.

The Base Game

The slot Barbarian Fury centred around fighting the enemy, this slot deals with the dark aftermath. Telling tales of those who ended up in a box after succumbing to the enemy. There are some who feel that dying on the battlefield is the more glorious way to go, however, this is a belief that is questionable. Due to this you may not immediately warm to the steely grey and blue colour scheme that creates Warrior Graveyard. The reels are surrounded by a mist and there is a haunting soundtrack that plays along in the background.

Symbols

When it comes to the symbols in Warrior Graveyard you can expect to come across 10 in total. The symbols are divided into low and high payers. On the low side you can expect to come across access, Hammers, Shields, Helms, and Swords which are all worth up to 3x your bet when you land 6 on a row. The high paying symbols are more gruesome and consist of five corpses buried in a full battle dress which has blue, black, brown, green, and red tones and landing 6 will pay from 3.3x to your bet.

Game Play

When it comes to the gameplay the first thing you need to determine is the bet you are most comfortable playing with, the best range starts from a minimum of 25p per spin to a maximum of £100 per spin, which is a range that will appeal to a variety of players. The slot can be played on any device making it easy to access wherever you may be. The developers at Nolimit City have provided all the key information so you can make an informed decision on whether this is the slot for you. On the home screen you will find the volatility, which has been rated as high, and the other key statistic is the default return to player which is a very respectable 96.16%. You should keep in mind that some operators can drop to as low as 94.14% therefore it is important to check the version you are playing before you begin to spin your reels.

Feature Bonuses

When it comes to the features on offer in Warrior Graveyard, they are like those used in Barbarian Fury, however they have undergone some upgrades. The first of these is the xNudge Tombstone Wilds which are 3 positions high and will appear on your 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th reels. When they land and you can partially see them on your reels, they nudge to cover the entire reel. With every nudge comes a multiplier which increases by +1, and as more than one wild can land at a time there is a multiplier up to x12 is possible, which equates to wins that can be as high as 1,800x on a single spin.

Warrior Graveyard takes the xNudge concept one step further in the Warrior Attack feature. This one occurs when three of the same premium symbols land either fully or partially in view. If partial, like the Tombstone Wilds, they are nudged into view increasing their win multiplier by +1 for each nudge. When all are completely in view, they shift to the leftmost reels for a win evaluation. xNudge Tombstone Wilds can also be present at the same time.

In the same vein as other Nolimit slots there are two separate free spin bonus features on offer. The first is the Graveyard Spins which are activated when you land 3, 4, or 5, scatters and you are then awarded 8, 10, or 12, free spins. The Graveyard Spins also have a win multiplier which starts from x1 and increases by 1 for every Tombstone Wild nudge that is activated, and the multiplier does not reset in between spins.

The other free spin bonus is the Death Spins which activate when you land 6 scatters, and you are rewarded with 14 free spins and the win multiplier starting at x1 and this then increasing in the same way as the Tombstone Wilds nudge as described above. There is another difference between the two features, and this is that the Tombstone Wilds are locked in place for the entire round and although the feature cannot be retriggers, any additional scatter that lands provides you with an additional free spin.
Both free spin games are exciting proposals therefore the developers have included the bonus buy option in these two features. Costing 72x your stake you will land between 3 – 5 scatters on your next spin in the Graveyard Spins or by 666x your stake you can gain entry to the Death Spins.

Conclusion

Where Barbarian Fury's provided a great mix of attitude, theme and gameplay Warrior Graveyard is even better, however it may take you longer to warm to. When I played the slot to begin with the game was slow and the soundtrack was also rather disturbing. However, I am pleased to report that once the slot warmed up and got into a steady mode it unleashed a plethora of thrills. The first moment came during the Warrior Attack feature where the high paying symbols were crammed into the left reel which was an obvious bonus in terms of winnings. From here on the slot became a lot more intense with the xNudge as effective as in the first slot and the two bonus games provided a boost just when it was needed.

The bonus games did take a while so there is the buy in feature that you can use if you are feeling lucky but do not want to have to wait to get to the bonus features. The Death Spins come with a massive buy in and this will take nerve to activate. If you have the nerve this could be a great move as it will provide you with wins of up to 9,797x your bet.
I enjoyed this slot once I got to grips with it and would rate the game as a solid 8/10 and recommend players to give it a spin or two. It is a moody, volatile game which is hugely satisfying when you hit success.
