As Play' n GO tells it, the story is that in this world dominated by animals, a meteor struck the earth, somehow imbuing just the buffalos with magical powers enabling them to turn themselves into molten versions of themselves to appear more dangerous than they already are. The background is a little easier to get your head around as it is a scene typical of the Rocky Mountains in the depths of winter. This scene is one of jagged, icy peaks covered in a thick blanket of snow thrust into a murky grey sky. In the foreground, there look to be indications of some small human settlement. However, it looks to have been deserted, perhaps for the winter. The image is rather dramatic and works well with the hardy beasts and birds displayed on the playing board.

Speaking of the playing board, it has been constructed from the same hard grey stone as the mountains pictured behind them.
The symbols for this slot are split into low-paying, high-paying and special symbols. The low-paying icons are the 10, J, Q, K and A. The A is the most valuable of these, paying out at 2.5x the stake for the top combination. On the other hand, the more valuable symbols are the raccoon, the eagle, the cougar, the bear, and finally, the buffalo.
